1. There is an oil chamber between the two guide rail working surfaces of the hydrostatic guide rail. After a certain pressure of lubricating oil is introduced, a hydrostatic oil film can be formed, so that the guide rail working surface is in pure liquid conflict, without wear, and has good accuracy retention; At the same time, the conflict coefficient is extremely low, which greatly reduces the driving power; No creeping at low speed, large bearing capacity and good stiffness; In addition, the oil has vibration absorption effect and good vibration resistance. Hydrostatic guideway can be divided into hydrostatic guideway and aerostatic guideway.
2. The sliding guide rail has the advantages of simple structure, convenient fabrication, good rigidity and high vibration resistance. The polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) guide soft tape and epoxy wear-resistant guide coating are commonly used as guide plastics. The plastic sliding guide rail is characterized by good conflict characteristics, good wear resistance, smooth movement, good shock absorption and good workmanship.
3. Rolling guideway is to place rolling bodies such as balls, rollers and needles between guideway surfaces, so that the sliding conflicts between guideway surfaces become rolling conflicts. Compared with sliding guide rail, rolling guide rail has the following advantages: high flexibility, and its dynamic conflict coefficient and static conflict coefficient are slightly different, so the movement is stable. When moving at low speed, creeping phenomenon is not easy to appear; (The positioning accuracy is high, and the repeated positioning accuracy can reach 02um; the conflict resistance is small, the movement is simple, the wear is small, the accuracy retention is good, and the service life is long. However, the rolling guide rail has poor vibration resistance and high protection requirements.
